After the eligibility check you can access the criteria table. For each criteria explain how you are adhering to best practice in your establishment. Upload any supporting evidence and then submit the form.
FOOD ELITE PROGRAM
The Director general of Dubai Municipality made the official announcement of the Dubai Municipality Food Systems Excellence Program during the opening ceremony of the Dubai International Food Safety Conference in December 2023.
The purpose of this program is to honour food establishments that excel in their standards of
food safety, nutrition, sustainability, and social responsibility.
ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA
A Comprehensive Exploration of Essential Criteria for Achieving Excellence in the Food Elite Program
DM Food Elite program will award food establishments in Dubai that have an exceptional track record in managing systems for food safety, nutrition, sustainability, and social responsibility.

A program to honor distinguished food establishments in applying food safety and nutrition standards, environmental sustainability, social responsibility and other pillars specified in the program.
The official announcement of the “DM Food Elite Program” was made by His Excellency the Director General during the opening ceremony of the 17th Dubai International Food Safety Conference on December 11, 2023.
Nomination applications will be received via the website from 01/04/2024 until 30/06/2024.
Food Establishments are able to apply to participate in the program through the official website.
The program’s inaugural course categories are:
– Excellence in the restaurant category
– Excellence in the restaurants in hotels category
– Excellence in the Fast-Food Outlets & Cafeterias category
Winners the Excellence Program will be announced during an honoring ceremony within the Dubai International Food Safety Conference 2024, which will be held in October 2024.
You need to be registered and have received 2 consecutive “A” ratings from Dubai Municipality inspectors.
