After the eligibility check you can access the criteria table. For each criteria explain how you are adhering to best practice in your establishment. Upload any supporting evidence and then submit the form.
FOOD ELITE PROGRAM
The Director general of Dubai Municipality made the official announcement of the Dubai Municipality Food Systems Excellence Program during the opening ceremony of the Dubai International Food Safety Conference in December 2023.
The purpose of this program is to honour food establishments that excel in their standards of
food safety, nutrition, sustainability, and social responsibility.
ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA
A Comprehensive Exploration of Essential Criteria for Achieving Excellence in the Food Elite Program
DM Food Elite program will award food establishments in Dubai that have an exceptional track record in managing systems for food safety, nutrition, sustainability, and social responsibility.

The official announcement of the “DM Food Elite Program” was made by His Excellency the Director General during the opening ceremony of the 17th Dubai International Food Safety Conference.
The 2026 assessment cycle runs through Q3–Q4 2026, leading up to the final awards ceremony in November 2026

1. Standalone Restaurants
2. Restaurants in Hotels
3. Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) & Cafeterias
4. Food Manufacturing
The winners will be announced and recognized during the 20th Dubai International Food Safety Conference held in November 2026.
You need to be registered and have received 2 consecutive “A” ratings from Dubai Municipality inspectors.
